Going back to basics and sharing one of my favourite green smoothie recipes. While my smoothies at home are usually mostly made up of vegetables I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea, so this recipe is a great way to get started if you’re still getting used to the idea of drinking your greens.
I love having fruits in my smoothies, but I also love using them as a way to load up on vegetables, protein and healthy fats too. This Super Green Smoothie recipe has been a favourite at my corporate workshops and is also packed with antioxidants from the spirulina and plant-based protein from the hemp—it makes a great post workout smoothie!
