I don’t know about you, but when it comes to the festive season my Instagram feed is filled up with the most delicious looking cookies and sweet treats. I wanted to make my own cookies but keep the recipe relatively healthy and easy—no complicated steps and not too many processed ingredients (like refined sugar and vegan butter).
So here we have it, 8 ingredients and 1 bowl for the cookies—they couldn’t be easier to make. Because they’re baked, I’ve added a sprinkle of maca powder for a boost of hormone balancing benefits. They’re also dipped in chocolate for extra goodness!
